The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, held a meeting with the council and teachers of the Alamein Institute for Postgraduate Studies in Al-Najaf.
During the meeting, in the presence of the General Supervisor of the El Alamein Institute, Dr. Ibrahim Bahr Al-Uloom, and a number of university presidents, he listened to the course of postgraduate programs in the light of the foreseen majors, the rate of student turnout, indicators of updating the study programs and the mechanisms of their consolidation.
The Minister of Education stressed the importance of employing scientific studies at the master’s and doctoral level in solving problems facing society and state institutions on the one hand, and consolidating knowledge and the scientific aspect on the other hand.
He urged achieving the highest levels of integration in the fields of scientific research and adoring spaces of mutual cooperation with public universities, pointing out that postgraduate studies represent a basic climate and an important focus for scientific research, which requires everyone to observe sobriety and keep up with all scientific and knowledge changes and developments.
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, toured the institute’s corridors, its scientific library, study halls, and scientific discussion halls, while those in charge of the institute expressed their high appreciation for the follow-up and interest shown by the Minister of Education in examining academic institutions and following up on their evaluation indicators according to the determinants stipulated in the instructions and laws in force.
