The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, participated in the central ceremony for the graduation of students of the University of Information and Communication Technology for the academic year 2021/2022.

At the beginning of his speech, he affirmed that the University of Information and Communication Technology occupies an important position in the environment of specialized universities to keep pace with the scientific and technical acceleration in the information and communication technology sector. In order to spread and create academic and cultural awareness responsible for the establishment steps and reaching this important stage of scientific and practical life.

He expressed his confidence that this constellation of graduates will be at the forefront of the advanced technical segment in the public and private sector institutions and will contribute to upgrading the levels of their technological and informational performance and will meet the needs of the labor market that is looking forward to this specific category of specialists, indicating that there is an urgent need to develop and develop technical programs information technology in all institutions.

For his part, the President of the University of Information and Communications Technology, Dr. Abbas Al-Bakri, said in his speech that the challenges facing universities have made them an environment to adapt to changes and provide scientific and technical solutions, explaining that the university has opened an important window on developing future specializations that society will need.
