The Division of Continuing Education at the College of Dentistry held a workshop entitled Basic Standards for Patent Registration in the Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control, with the participation of a group of faculty and staff at the college.

The workshop aimed to clarify the importance of the basic points that must be followed in submitting the application and the most important steps necessary for that, in addition to clarifying the most important scientific and moral privileges that the researcher enjoys when obtaining a patent.

The workshop, in which the teacher Hassanein Jawad lectured, included a statement and clarification of the most important criteria and controls that must be met in applying for the registration of a patent application in the Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control in the Industrial Property Department, and what are the most important detailed conditions that must be met when submitting the application.
