The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, received the Chairman of the Supreme National Authority for Accountability and Justice, Dr. Bassem Al-Badri, and they discussed developing ways of joint cooperation between the two sides. During the meeting, the Minister of Education affirmed the keenness of the Ministry and its universities to provide full support to the Supreme National Commission for Accountability and Justice and to provide the necessary cooperation environment aimed at achieving the public interest sought by the state and all its institutions in accordance with the requirements of the Iraqi constitution and the legislation in force. In this context, the head of the commission praised the decision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to adopt a curriculum in universities concerned with explaining the crimes of the defunct Baath Party, pointing at the same time to the importance of integration between institutions to protect society and provide what it aspires to.
