The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, received the National Security Adviser, Mr. Qassem Al-Araji, and his accompanying delegation. The two sides discussed the path of cooperation and integration between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the National Security Adviser in the field of developing the skills of state employees in accordance with the joint program that attracts employees from all institutions and in all disciplines and fields with the aim of qualifying and improving the level of performance and skills in the light of a scientific vision and specialized professional programs. The Minister of Education expressed his full support for this studied approach, which bears positive indications from the point of view of coordination between state institutions and the development of their staff, which are distributed over various fields that are in the interest of the Iraqi state. For his part, the National Security Adviser, Mr. Qassem Al-Araji, appreciated the level of cooperation provided by educational institutions in terms of vocational and educational programs and expertise in the field of training and scientific qualification, pointing to the importance of joint projects between the Ministry of Education and the National Security Adviser, which produced distinguished research and provided professional and applied solutions to many challenges.
