We previously published the mechanism for registering new students in the college, and among the points necessary to complete the registration process was filling out the sponsorship form, and now we explain to our dear students the legal mechanism for sponsorship that they are obligated to submit to the Legal Department, as sponsorship requires the presence of the sponsor and the student in person to the Legal Department at the college, taking into account the points. The following:
1- The sponsor must be a state employee, continuing in service or retired.
2- The sponsor must bring a colored copy of the official identification documents, the civil status ID with the Iraqi nationality certificate or the unified card, and also bring a colored copy of the ID of the department to which he belongs.
3- The sponsor must bring a job continuity letter from his department, addressed to the University of Karbala/College of Dentistry, stating in it (This support was provided for the purpose of sponsoring the student…. (mentioning the full name of the student).
4- For sponsors who are members of the University of Karbala, it is sufficient to bring only a university ID.
5- If the sponsor is (a teacher or teacher), the letter of endorsement shall be exclusively from the Directorate of Education in which he works, and endorsements issued by the school administration shall not be taken into account.
6- Bring a sponsorship receipt from the Accounts Department (Fund) at the college.
7- The sponsor and the applicant must fill out the guarantee and legal undertakings and sign them exclusively in the Legal Division, while attaching the required documents for the purpose of completing the guarantee. In the event of any deficiency mentioned above, it will result in the guarantee not being completed.
