The Council of the College of Dentistry at the University of Karbala held its eighth session for the current academic year yesterday, Monday, 03-25-2024, headed by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Raouf Rashid Al-Ta’ma, and in the presence of the Dean’s Assistants and all members of the Council who are the heads of the scientific branches of the College.

The meeting included discussion of many important matters, including: discussing the topic of starting final exams for the current academic year and the mechanism for setting questions for the different academic stages of theoretical and practical subjects. The council also discussed a group of requests submitted by students in the various academic levels to the college, including requests related to reducing tuition fees for education. Parallel, and requests related to increasing the absence rate.

The Council also discussed the mechanism for uploading scientific research conducted or participated in by college professors in its various branches on the official website of the College of Dentistry for the purpose of raising the college’s scientific classification with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and at the level of Iraq.
