The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, conducted an inspection tour in the Departments of Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Electromechanical Engineering at the University of Technology.

In his visit to the training center and laboratories at the University of Technology, in the presence of the Undersecretary for Scientific Research Affairs, Dr. Haider Abd Dhahd, the President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Ghabban, and a number of assistants and heads of departments. His keenness and support towards developing the infrastructure in specialized universities and their facilities, working to modernizing their laboratories, and providing all available capabilities to improve the university environment, its departments, and its scientific branches.

The Minister of Education directed special attention to applied research that serves the institutions of the public and private sectors and achieves the goals of the educational institution.
