The University of Karbala received a student delegation of Muslim youth in Australia, Canada and other countries, from the University of South Australia, in South Australia.
The delegation, on its first visit to Iraq, visited the University of Karbala and toured its halls in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Najm Abdul-Hussein Najm, and a number of professors at the university, to see the scientific and knowledge reality in the colleges of the university.
The delegation expressed its good impression of what the university faculties have to do in terms of development, management, infrastructure and university environment, as well as the green spaces and the distinctive design of the celebration square, the amphitheater, the irrigation channel, and the storage process for water suitable for irrigating crops.
