Today, Saturday, the University of Karbala hosted a meeting of the Opinion Council, chaired by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and in the presence of the advanced staff in the ministry. They were received by the President of the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Basem Khalil Nayel Al-Saeedi, members of the University Council and heads of the scientific and administrative departments at the University.
