A PhD thesis in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed the effect of deep sense training on unstable surfaces on some kinesthetic and biokinetic abilities and biomechanical variables of the basic skills of youth handball for student Hassan Alwan Al-Sabbagh.

The thesis aims to identify the effect of proprioceptive training on unstable surfaces on some sensory-motor abilities in youth handball, which has proven its efficiency and method of work by helping players to train.

The thesis recommended the need to develop the work of trainers in the use of new training methods (unstable surfaces) to benefit more from them in the training process as well as testing.
