The College of Nursing at the University of Karbala, in cooperation with the scientific division of the college, organized a scientific symposium on some gene therapy strategies for cancer, with the participation of a number of researchers, faculty and staff at the college.
The symposium aimed to identify the causes of cancer and some modern strategies used in the diagnosis and genetic treatment of cancer.
It included identifying the causes of genetic mutations, the mechanism of their interaction with each other, their consequences, and their impact on the production of new cells that contain the same mutation.
