The College of Agriculture at Karbala University organized a training course on the use of medicinal plants in cosmetic fields, in the presence of a number of college professors and those interested.
The course aimed at introducing the aesthetic aspects of medicinal plants and how to use them in cosmetic aspects, as they are natural preparations that do not leave side effects or cause harm to humans, as well as reminding them of their health, economic and environmental importance.
The researchers called for the cultivation, production and extraction of medicinal plants, as well as the establishment of special laboratories and research centers to increase the use of their extracts in the cosmetic aspects of man.
