[19][20] In a study conducted at the University of Oslo, it was found that patients who used toothpastes containing SLS were more susceptible to recurrent oral ulcers, and there was a benefit for patients with aphthous stomatitis when they avoided toothpastes containing this substance and used another type.[21][22]
