Basra University of Oil and Gas organized a symposium entitled (The New World Order and Violation of Religions) in the presence of a group of professors, students and researchers.
The symposium was held at the College of Industrial Management of Oil and Gas, during which the participants, especially the University President, Dr. Muhammad Halil Hafez Al-Kaabi, stressed the importance of awareness in confronting emergency campaigns and racist voices that offend Islamic and Arab identity and culture.
The researchers called for more solidarity regarding Islamic constants and missionary morals in a way that preserves the society’s identity and civilized existence so that it can protect its children from all negative statements broadcast by incitement to hatred through abuse and hostility to the Holy Quran and Muslim peoples around the world.
Participants highlighted the goals of the Higher Education Award for Reading, in which the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research seeks to crystallize the necessary cultural climates that help society understand the path of civilization and renaissance and stand on its conditions and foundations.
