Your doctor will give you all the information you need about the type of food to eat during treatment, including:

Don’t eat gum, chewy sweets, manna, quail, sohan, burnt rice, or sandwich bread.
Divide food and fruits into small pieces and place them on the back teeth.
Avoid eating and biting foods, fruits, pizza, sandwiches, toast, apples, cucumbers, and cabbage with your front and bottom teeth.
To eat fruits, first remove the pulp of fruits (peaches, dates, olives), then cut the fruit into small pieces, and use the back teeth to chew.
To eat nuts (pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts), peel them and then put their pulp on the back teeth.
Be careful not to eat hard food, chicken bones, or dry bread.
Avoid putting pencils and toys in your mouth.
