A master’s thesis in the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala discussed the impact of servant leadership on entrepreneurial success – an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of workers in the Al-Kafeel Specialist Hospital in Karbala.
The thesis submitted by the student, Tabarak Halim Nomas, came with the aim of demonstrating the impact of servant leadership behaviors on entrepreneurial success.
The study included measuring the servant leadership variable through five sub-behaviors (empowerment, helping subordinates to grow and succeed, creating value for society, caring for subordinates, and conceptual skills). pioneer).
The thesis concluded that there is a relationship of influence of servant leadership on entrepreneurial success, while it recommended the need to increase interest by the researched organization by showing the characteristics of servant leadership by endowing with human values, beliefs and virtues, which leads to the creation of a positive work environment that enhances the self-motivation of individuals and achieves entrepreneurial success.
