The thesis concluded that there are significant correlations and influences between the hybrid manufacturing system and strategic success, in the sense that whenever the researched industrial company is interested in encouraging workers to present new ideas and adopt appropriate methods that enhance its strategic success. The study recommended the need for the specialized industrial companies to adopt the hybrid manufacturing system in the work environment and for the various sectors of the industrial company to adopt the academic concepts of the hybrid manufacturing system, which are of great importance in promoting strategic success.
