The Faculty of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed a master’s thesis dealing with the theory of values at the front and its impact on the elicitation of jurisprudential rulings – Mr. Muhammad Taqi al-Madrasi by choice. In his study, the researcher indicated that according to the theory of values, it is not correct to separate religious, ideological, moral and legislative teachings, but rather all of them must be studied because of their connection to each other and their mutual effects, as the theory of values contributes to reducing dependence on practical principles, which is a function of the lack of evidence in the field of jurisprudential elicitation. . The study reached a number of results, including that the organization of fundamentalist rules according to fundamentalist theories contributes to the development of fundamentalist studies, as the theory constitutes the general methodological framework that helps to understand the dimensions of fundamentalist investigations and their backgrounds, and to control their scattered rules.
