In preparation for taking the Higher Education Reading Award test scheduled for September 15, 2023, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research invites registered students to download the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research application on smart phones so that participants can enter the testing platform from which the information (username and password) will be sent. For each student via his university email:

Competitors are urged to take into account the requirements and timings of the competition exam:

▪ Testing begins at 9:00 a.m. on September 15, 2023.

▪ Access to the testing platform exclusively through the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research application.

▪ The competition consists of 100 questions, each of which includes four choices.

▪ The duration of the exam is one hour and 25 minutes, with 45 seconds for each question.

▪ It is not possible to edit the answer after installing it.

▪ Correction is automatic, and a score is assigned for each correct question, and the participant will know his score upon completion.

▪ Selecting the top 100 eligible students for the lottery based on grade and total time of answers.

It is worth noting that the number of registered students has reached forty-two thousand two hundred and sixty-seven students, and they will compete on the content of the book (Conditions of the Renaissance) by the Arab thinker Malek Bennabi to win the competition prize (one hundred million Iraqi dinars), distributed among twenty students at five million dinars for each winner.
