The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the issuance of thirty-three new ministerial orders to transfer the services of top graduates appointed in a number of state institutions to their formations.
This procedure comes based on Article 2 of Law No. 67 of 2017 and the content of the Ministry of Finance’s letter No. 41489 on 7/20/2023 and its annex No. 54555 on 8/24/2023.
The Ministry calls on the transferees whose names are indicated below to complete the formal disengagement procedures and initiate them into the new distribution entities.
