A lecturer at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Habib Ali Taher Al-Husseini, assumed the position of president of the Iraqi Volleyball Federation.
Al-Husseini said that his selection as president of the Iraqi Volleyball Federation was made by the federation’s general body, noting that the coming days will witness more efforts being made to serve this game.
Al-Husseini stated that the doors of the Union are open to the people of the game. To complete the successes achieved at all levels, he expressed his thanks to the presidency of the University of Karbala for its continued support to its academic staff.
