The representative of the Times Foundation in the Middle East and Africa, Mr. Nicholas Davis, announces during the Iraq Education Exhibition and Conference 2023 that Iraq, for the first time, will rank 37 in the classification that will be announced soon, and that the number of Iraqi universities competing in the Times classification in its upcoming version has reached thirteen institutions in addition to fifty Iraqi universities. New ones will enter the classification, which indicates the quality of teaching and scientific research
