The College of Law at the University of Karbala presented a scientific lecture on the concept of entrepreneurship, with the launch of the activities of the Global Entrepreneurship Week.
The lecture explained the concept of entrepreneurship as a set of actions undertaken by a group of people in order to create a new pioneering project with the aim of providing something distinctive that achieves added value to society.
The lecture was able to introduce the importance of entrepreneurship as it contributes to creating opportunities for work and growth, enhancing competitiveness and satisfying societal needs.
It also reviewed the most important entrepreneurial characteristics, which are the desire to succeed, enhancing the self-confidence of entrepreneurial people, their drive, and their willingness to work long hours.
