Lecturer Rasha Musa Muhammad at the Faculty of Law at the University of Karbala published a book on the mediator in labor law, by Dar Al-Fath for Publishing and Distribution in Alexandria, the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The author discussed the texts of the Iraqi Labor Law No. 37 of 2015 compared to the texts of the Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003, supported by the latest judicial applications of the Federal Court of Cassation in Iraq.
The author includes the special rules that regulate the nature of the relationship between the worker and the employer, in a way that guarantees the rights of both parties.
