Assistant Professor Dr. Raouf Rashid Al-Touma assumed the duties of his new position as Dean of the College of Dentistry at the University of Karbala yesterday, Wednesday, November 22, 2023, after the end of the assignment of its former Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhannad Salah Abdel Sattar.
