Under the slogan (Karbala University Reads), the College of Dentistry at the University of Karbala holds its first annual cultural festival in cooperation with Dar Tamkeen Library for Publishing and Distribution, Dar Sabak for Printing, Publishing and Distribution, and the Al-Thaqalayn Cultural Foundation.
