The Deanship of the College of Dentistry at the University of Karbala conducted an inspection tour that included the corridors of the college and its scientific and administrative wing, and was informed of the progress of administrative matters, the performance of the daily work of employees, and the flow of work, and stressed the provision of the appropriate and necessary atmosphere that would provide a suitable climate for the educational process. The Dean of the College, Professor, participated in the tour. Assistant Dr. Raouf Rashid Al Tohme, accompanied by both of his assistants, Assistant Professor Ali Salman Abdel Amir, Scientific Assistant, and Professor Dr. Ayed Hamid Hassan, Administrative Assistant.
The field visit included an inspection of the educational medical clinics in the college, where the college dean was briefed on the reality of work in the clinics and the nature of the therapeutic services provided to citizens and stressed the necessity of following up on all preventive periodic maintenance procedures for all devices, as well as the necessity of continuous follow-up and providing support and assistance to the educational medical clinics and equipping them with the necessary materials and tools. .
In this regard as well, the deanship inspected the main warehouses of the college and stressed the need to organize the contents of the warehouse in a way that is consistent with safety and security conditions. It called for the necessity of ensuring that the process of storing and preserving medical materials is carried out in the correct manner and to follow the general safety rules in the process of preservation and storage, in addition to submitting the statements to the deanship of the college in full. Damaged materials and items inside the warehouse also stressed the need for periodic and continuous follow-up by members of the supplies unit.
