The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, received the Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Rashad Nabiyev, and his accompanying delegation.
The two sides discussed the course of relations between the two countries at the level of scientific and academic cooperation and developing areas of coordination in university specializations that serve the two friendly peoples.
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, expressed the readiness of the Ministry and its university institutions to organize a joint protocol for the exchange of experiences, scholarships and scientific twinning, noting that the Study in Iraq initiative provided an important climate to attract international students to study in Iraqi universities.
For his part, the Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Rashad Nabiyev, appreciated the positive proposals and solutions presented by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, in the fields of cooperation and joint coordination.
