Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, appreciates the decision of the Union of Arab Scientific Research Councils to return its headquarters to Baghdad, expresses his thanks to the secretariat of the Union and the member states, and confirms the keenness of the Ministry and its university institutions on scientific cooperation and strengthening the academic partnership environment.
