The College of Law at the University of Karbala organized a scientific symposium on the violence to which women are exposed during armed conflicts, the Palestinian woman as an example, with the participation of primary school students.
The symposium, in which Dr. Asmaa Abdel-Kadhim and Dr. Israa Khudair, lecturers at the college, aimed to review the history of violence against women and the repeated attacks they are exposed to.
The symposium found that efforts to combat violence against women can take many forms that provide justice for all women.
