Read more about the article A master’s thesis at the University of Karbala discussing the optimistic personality and its relationship to the development mindset among graduate studentsThe College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed a master’s thesis by the student (Huda Habib Hamza), tagged with (the optimistic personality and its relationship to the development mentality among postgraduate students), and in the Knowledge Hall for discussions..The study aims to determine the relationship between optimistic personality and development mindset among postgraduate students of both genders (males and females)The study addressed the theoretical and practical importance and importance of the category used by graduate students who represent a large segment of society, and revealed the correlation between the optimistic personality and the development mindset among graduate students.The study concluded that the segment of graduate students in general has an optimistic personality by having good levels of optimistic personality areas and possessing a growth mindset.The study recommended attention to enhancing optimism by preparing training and educational programs that help increase it in appropriate ways.
