The College of Applied Medical Sciences at the University of Karbala organized a scientific course on the transmission of respiratory diseases, targeting a group of college employees.
The workshop aimed to review healthy ways to use personal protective equipment with the aim of preventing respiratory diseases and achieving the best protection against germs.
The workshop included an explanation of the most important diseases that are transmitted through the respiratory system and how they are contracted and transmitted from one person to another within the work or home environment.
The workshop also explained the most important means of preventing diseases transmitted through the respiratory system and the mechanism of optimal use of personal protective equipment.
The organizers called for the necessity of following health precautionary measures, using appropriate personal protective equipment, and covering the mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing.
