The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala organized a workshop on the history of Iraqi sports and its comparison with sports in Egypt.
The workshop, which targeted a group of first-year students, was entitled “An analytical study of the history of Iraqi sports and its comparison with sports in Egypt.”
The workshop aimed to explain the history of Iraqi sports and the stages of its development, and to introduce the participants to how Iraqi sports affect the Iraqi individual, as well as to compare it to its Egyptian counterpart. Both Dr. Marwa Ali and the assistant teacher, Hossam Muhammad, attended the workshop.
