The College of Pharmacy at the University of Karbala organized a training course on PCR technology with the participation of a group of college employees.
The course, in which the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Abbas Rokan, Professor Dr. Hassan Mahmoud Abu Al-Maali, and Assistant Lecturer Saja Haider Fadel lectured, aimed to identify the mechanism of the PCR device.
The course included an explanation of the device’s mechanism of operation, organization and control of the components used in it, how to read the results, and extract and separate DNA from cells and tissues for use in identifying mutations and genetic relationships.
