The study presented by student Karar Haider Abdel Rahman aims to study the issue of commercial bankruptcy, which has become incompatible with the modern trend of advanced legislative systems.
The study concluded the importance of addressing the causes of faltering commercial projects in a way that reflects positively on the economic environment, reassures investors, and attracts investment.
The study recommended the necessity of amending the provisions of the Iraqi Trade Law in force to provide support for lagging projects.
