A thesis at the College of Management and Economics at the University of Karbala discussed the interactive role of operational efficiency in the relationship between diversification dynamics and market value.

The study presented by researcher Muhannad Farouk Al-Janabi aimed to present and measure the interactive role of operational efficiency in the relationship between diversification dynamics and market value.
The thesis concluded that there is no interactive effect of operational efficiency in the relationship between diversification dynamics and market value for most of the companies sampled in the study.
The study recommended the necessity of taking into account the factors affecting the market value in an attempt to control it, or at least the factors that are under the company’s control, in order to increase the level of the market value of the companies studied.
