The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, awarded the International Creativity Medal to Dr. Rasha Musa Al-Zuhairi from the College of Law at the University of Karbala for her participation in the activities of the Fifth International Scientific Conference on Creativity and Innovation held at Al-Nahrain University under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education.
The honor for her book, titled (The Mediator in Labor Law), came during special book signing sessions presented by researchers from Arab countries and Iraqis.
The book, which was issued by Dar Al-Fath for Publishing and Distribution in Alexandria, the Arab Republic of Egypt, discusses the texts of the Iraqi Labor Law No. (37) of (2015) compared to the texts of the Egyptian Labor Law No. (12) of (2003), supported by the latest judicial applications of the Federal Court of Cassation in Iraq. .
The book includes special rules that regulate the nature of the relationship between the worker and the employer, in a way that guarantees the rights of both parties.
