A master’s thesis at the College of Management and Economics at the University of Karbala discussed investment in cryptocurrencies and its reflection in the liquidity index of shares of companies listed on the stock market.
The study presented by student Ayat Saleh aimed to highlight the importance of investing in cryptocurrencies in activating the stock market and to identify the size of investment in these currencies and their relative importance to companies listed on the stock market.
The message concluded that investing in cryptocurrencies is profitable if the many obstacles affecting it are studied and addressed, especially with regard to the legal cover of the currency.
The study recommended that currency specialists and analysts should strive to increase studies and continue work due to the necessity of providing a real and comprehensive database that is available on the Internet.
