The Journal of the Egyptian Academy of Biological Sciences published a research by Dr. Hamida Eidan Salman, a teacher at the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Karbala.
The research was entitled Application and theoretical study: new barbiturate derivatives as corrosion inhibitors.
The study aims to synthesize and characterize a new thio-barbiturate derivative that contains nitrogen and oxygen atoms.
The study led to the identification of a new barbiturate derivative using FT-IR, H-NMR1 and 13C-NMR techniques.
