A team of students from the College of Nursing at the University of Karbala was able to manufacture an arm to be used for drawing blood, intravenous injections, cannulation, and other methods of administering intravenous medications that the patient needs during the treatment period.
More than one copy was manufactured to serve as models for training students on the basics of nursing in scientific laboratories, while the students were able to conduct experiments on the arm and its effectiveness was proven during use.
The Deanship of the College of Nursing seeks to support and encourage students and professors to implement various ideas and provide all necessary supplies that will raise the scientific capabilities of students in the field of nursing sciences.
