A doctoral thesis at the College of Law at the University of Karbala discussed the legislative jurisdiction in the prosecution, presented by researcher Muhammad Mahdi Al-Rubaie.
The study aimed to clarify the approaches to conflict between laws and the extent to which they can cover the issues raised by the prosecution.
The study concluded that the legal rules necessary to organize the prosecution were distributed among a group of laws within the national legislative system in Iraq.
The study recommended the need to unify the rules of the prosecution, especially those that include a foreign element, to address the legal relations of the prosecution with unified and clearly defined rules.
