The Student Activities Unit at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Karbala, in cooperation with the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Holy Karbala, organized a five-a-side football tournament for students of the College of Pharmacy.
The official of the Student Activities Unit, Ali Hamid Majeed, said, “The tournament aims to instill a spirit of love and cooperation among students,” adding that this tournament came to enhance the physical and health aspect and strengthen social ties among college students.
The tournament was opened between the fifth-stage and second-stage teams, and the match ended with a 1-1 draw for both teams. The tournament will continue over the coming weeks with the participation of all scientific departments in the college.
