The College of Law at the University of Karbala organized a training course on the comparative approach in university dissertations and theses, with the participation of a number of graduate students at the college.
The course aimed to explain the importance of the comparative approach in the scientific research process, while explaining the most important effects that it has through the results it achieves in the development of scientific research in the field of legal studies.
The session recommended the need for researchers in the field of legal studies to rely on the rest of the other legislation, foreign and Arab, in preparing their dissertations and scientific theses to explain the similarities and differences in order to take what is compatible with the Iraqi legislative system.
