The College of Nursing at the University of Karbala organized a training course on nutrition and health safety, with the participation of a group of researchers and specialists and the presence of a number of teachers and employees.
The course aimed to introduce participants to the main information about proper and healthy nutrition and its impact on public health.
The three-day course was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Salman Hussein Fares, Dean of the College of Nursing, Assistant Professor Dr. Ghazwan Abdul Hussein, Lecturer Dr. Haqqi Ismail, and Assistant Lecturer Shorouk Haider.
Participants discussed the necessity of eating different types of healthy foods in quantities that suit the body’s need to obtain all nutrients.
