Dr. Jumana Jassim Al-Asadi, a lecturer at the College of Law at the University of Holy Karbala, published a book entitled (The Development of Methods for Resolving Collective Labor Disputes).
This author discusses advanced and modern methods for resolving labor disputes, starting with amicable methods or settlement rules and then moving to coercive methods or dismissal rules embodied in electronic litigation.
The author took into account the general legal rules in both Iraqi law and comparative law in a way that accommodates these methods.
The author relied on the analytical and comparative approach mainly between Iraqi, Egyptian and Lebanese law.
The book, which was issued by the New University Press in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and is distributed over (400) pages, is enriched with the latest international and Arab experiences of courts and government electronic judicial portals.
