A study at the College of Medicine at the University of Karbala discussed the association of immunohistochemical expression of Sox10 1 with triple-negative breast cancer.

The letter submitted by researcher Maryam Mahdi Salman aimed to evaluate the immunohistochemical expression of SOX10 in triple-negative breast cancer and its association with tumor grade and other clinical-pathological characteristics.

The study concluded that the immunohistochemical expression of SOX10 was 43%, which is equivalent to thirteen positive cases out of thirty cases, compared to 57%, which is equivalent to seventeen negative cases.
