The University of Karbala began preparing 1,700 breakfast meals for students of internal departments at the university, under the field supervision of the university president, Professor Dr. Bassem Khalil Nayel Al-Saeedi, the administrative assistant, Professor Dr. Akram Mohsen Al-Yasiri, and a number of professors and employees.
The President of the University, Professor Dr. Bassem Khalil Nayel Al-Saidi, said, “In honor of this holy month, a group breakfast was held for the students of the university’s internal departments, residing in the residential complex and from most Iraqi governorates,” as well as the foreign students who began this year in academic seats within the “Study in Iraq” initiative. .
Stressing that these humanitarian initiatives for students enhance the social aspects and paternal spirit between the students and their scientific environment, and that the university has taken it upon itself to provide many of these initiatives as they develop the bonds of love between everyone.
For his part, Director of the Internal Departments, Dr. Haider Gharib, explained that this initiative will continue throughout the days of the holy month, during which breakfast will be provided daily to more than 1,700 students residing in the male residential complex and the female student residence halls.
