The Department of Physics at the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Karbala organized a training course on the mechanism of issuing books, documents, and certificates of participation using the mail merge system.
The course aims to introduce participants to the concept of mail merging in Word and train them on creating tables within the Excel application, then linking the data tables with Word using the tool, and then the practical application in detail.
The course included a detailed explanation of creating a unified form to be circulated to teachers and employees that includes the college logo in a unified form and is kept in a database in the Registration Division or the Administrative Division with the possibility of sending it via email.
