A lecturer at the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Karbala, Dr. Haider Shalal Miteb, participated in completing the comprehensive encyclopedia of the crimes of Al-Qaeda and ISIS, which is supervised by the Holy Shrine of Hussein.
The encyclopedia is the first attempt in Iraq at the level of work methodology, document analysis, and procedural description of terms, then the characteristics, and their connection to the organization and documents. The encyclopedia is divided into three volumes, divided into 11 main axes.
Dr. Shalal participated in the topic that talks about psychological and media operations and the arts of influencing more than (180) terms used by the organization.
